Ik heb hiervoor de ouwe keylab gehad en deze was al prima echter was het toetsenbord erg zwak en lieten er 2 toetsen los en deze deden het nog wel maar dat speelde niet fijn. Daarom deze keylab gekochte en ik moet zeggen: absoluut een verbetering. Het scherm is mooi in het midden geplaatst dus geen last van je nek, en alles voelt erg fijn aan, en de toetsen veel steviger! Mooi software pakketje erbij en alles is vanzelf geïnstalleerd en werkt als n trein! Aanrader voor dit geld!

De Arturia is fijn keyboard om te gebruiken met je vertrouwde DAW zoals Ableton, Analog lab, ... of zoals ik in logic pro x . De toetsen, faders en knoppen zijn van plastiek maar hebben een fijne feeling en voelen degelijk aan zoals we dat gewoon zijn van Arturia. De drum-pads geven helaas geen feedback wanneer je ze in duwt.
Software Bundel:
Met de keylab 49 essential wordt er een software bundel meegeleverd van Arturia. De bundel bevat de 'Arturia software center' waar Analog lab 4, Mini V3, Stage-73V en Midi control center software in gebundeld zijn. Daarnaast krijg je er ook Ableton Live lite bij. Deze software zijn na activatie van dit product allemaal gratis te downloaden. Door de Midi control center software zijn er zijn tal van mogelijkheden voor de mapping van de knoppen, faders en etc.
Aansluit mogelijkheden:
De keylab 49 essential is zowel aan te sluiten via USB als via een DIN connector. Je kan het keyboard voeden via USB of via een 9V adapter. Er is ook een aansluiting voorzien voor een sustain pedal.
Conclusie:
Het is een zeer goed product qua prijs en kwaliteit! Zeker aangezien er verschillende software is meegeleverd.
